About Isentroniq
At Isentroniq, we are building the future of computing - not in theory, but in hardware. We enable quantum computing at scale by developing superconducting circuit solutions that increase qubit count by more than 100x at fixed cost and infrastructure size.
We share knowledge openly, challenge ideas constructively, and stay focused on what matters. Our values - gritty ambition with humility, radical candor, surgical audacity, and self-accountable teamwork - are at the core of how we work and grow.
If you're passionate about transformative innovation and ready to build what quantum needs to go further, join us.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support: Assist the COO and Chief of Staff in strategic tasks - business planning, project roadmaps, board preparations and strategic reviews.
Data & Process Optimization: Identify productivity enhancement opportunities in each department. Contribute to process creation, mapping of existing workflows, creation of internal training, deployment of (Al) automation tools, and benchmarking of digital solutions to enable scaling.
Operational Tasks: Support daily business operations, including meeting preparation, internal reporting, recruitment support, and administrative tasks to ensure the company runs smoothly.
Content Marketing: Prepare company updates through website and social networks. Create (Al driven) content to strengthen our visual identity and support event communication.
Assist in Grants: Contribute to the writing, submission, and coordination of public grants and reporting
Competitive & Partner Watch: Monitor ecosystem developments to position the company within the quantum industry, track key players' moves, and identify new partnership opportunities.
Who you are
You are data-driven, curious, and fast-learning, eager to dive into the heart of a scaling deeptech startup. You think critically, challenge ideas, and look for smarter ways to do things. You love variety: jumping from strategic topics to operations, finance, HR, or Marketing in the same week keeps you energized. You are confident using Al tools and stay curious about the latest technologies to boost productivity and creativity.
Key Qualifications
Master's student or gap-year student in Business, Engineering, or related field (Grande École, MSc, or equivalent)
Excellence in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and collaborate in English within multidisciplinary, international teams, including scientists and engineers.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail.
Basic coding skills (e.g., Python)
Bonus
Previous experience in a Deeptech startup, strategy consulting, or a quantum-related field
Experience with generative Al tools (LLMs & Image creation) or agentic Al systems
Advanced coding skills (e.g., Python)
Fluency in French is a strong plus
Personal Attributes
You are autonomous and proactive - you take initiative and propose new solutions before being asked.
You are a builder, hands-on, comfortable starting from scratch, and willing to own things end-to-end - setups, scripts, processes, purchases.
You think analytically and work systematically, with strong attention to detail.
You communicate openly and directly. You welcome pushback on your ideas and are candid about both wins and mistakes.
You are eager to learn and grow. You see competing approaches as a feature, not a threat, and draw strength from collaboration.
You thrive under high expectations and push for breakthroughs rather than settling for good enough.
What We Offer
