We are seeking a Business & Operations Intern (Right-hand to the COO) to join our fast-growing team. You will work directly with the COO on strategic and operational topics spanning business planning, operations, logistics, HR, finance, compliance, and Marketing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain 360° exposure to how a deeptech startup operates and scales, while contributing to initiatives that directly impact company performance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic support: Assist the COO in strategic tasks - business planning, project roadmaps, board preparations and strategic reviews
Data & Process optimization: Identify productivity enhancement opportunities in each department. Contribute to process creation, mapping of existing workflows, creation of internal training, deployment of (Al) automation tools, and benchmarking of digital solutions to enable scaling.
Operational Tasks: Support daily business operations, including meeting preparation, internal reporting, recruitment support, and administrative tasks to ensure the company runs smoothly.
Compliance: Help prepare all documentations required for compliance on legal, accountant, HR and ESG tasks. Ensure data compliance
Content Marketing: Prepare company updates through website and social networks. Create (Al driven) content to strengthen our visual identity and support event communication.
Assist in grants: Contribute to the writing, submission, and coordination of public grants and reporting
Competitive & partner watch: Monitor ecosystem developments to position the company within the quantum industry, track key players' moves, and identify new partnership opportunities.

You love variety: jumping from strategic topics to operations, finance, HR, or Marketing in the same week keeps you energized. You are confident using Al tools and stay curious about the latest technologies to boost productivity and creativity.
Key Qualifications
Master's student or gap-year student in Business, Engineering, or related field (Grande École, MSc, or equivalent)
Excellence in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and collaborate in english within multidisciplinary, international teams, including scientists and engineers.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail.
Basic coding skills (eg. Python)
Bonus
Previous experience in Deeptech startup, in strategy consulting, or in quantum-related field
Experience with generative Al tools (LLMs & Image creation) or agentic Al systems
Advanced coding skills (eg. Python)
Fluency in French is a strong plus
